Cancellation Policy Overview
We understand that travel plans can change, so we’ve designed our cancellation policy to be fair and flexible while ensuring availability for all guests. Whether you’re planning a short getaway or a longer seasonal stay, please review the guidelines below based on the length and timing of your reservation.
- Stays 30 Days or Longer Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made fewer than 30 days before arrival will forfeit the $500 deposit. No refunds or camp credits will be issued.
- Stays Less Than 30 Days (Oct 1 – Apr 30) Cancellations made 14 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will receive a camp credit. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in are not eligible for refund or credit.
- Stays Less Than 30 Days (May 1 – Sept 29) Cancellations made 7 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will receive a camp credit. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in are not eligible for refund or credit.
