Cancellation Policy Overview

All cancellations must be cancelled directly with the park via email or phone. No online cancellations.

Monthly stays (30 days +) require a 30-day notice prior to arrival date to receive the deposit refund minus a $40.00 cancellation fee. If cancellation is within 30 days of arrival date, the $500.00 deposit is forfeited.

Nightly and weekly reservations require a minimum of notice of seven days prior to arrival date to receive a refund, minus a $20.00 cancellation fee. If the cancellation is within seven days the full one-night deposit is forfeited.
