Booking and Check-in Information

  • How do I make a reservation?
    • You can easily make a reservation online using our booking system. If you need further assistance, feel free to call us at (561) 914-7463.
  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    • Check-in is between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Late check-outs will incur an additional night’s charge.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    • Cancellations made 61 days before your stay will receive a full refund. For cancellations made 60 days or less before your stay, you’ll receive a camp credit valid for one year.

Site Information and Amenities

  • What types of sites do you offer?
    • We offer 43 RV sites with full hookups (50-amp service, water, sewer, and free Wi-Fi) and 7 cozy bungalows. Each RV site includes a concrete patio.
  • Are your sites pet-friendly?
    • Yes! We are a pet-friendly park with a dedicated dog walk area where your pets can stretch and play. Please ensure your pets are always leashed and their waste is promptly picked up.
  • What amenities are available at the park?
    • Our park offers a wide range of amenities, including 24-hour security, free Wi-Fi, air-conditioned bathhouses, laundry facilities, a boat ramp, and secure boat storage.

The clubhouse includes a fully equipped kitchen and a billiard room.

Rules and Regulations

  • What are the quiet hours?
    • Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. During these times, please be mindful of noise levels (music, TVs, etc.)​​.
  • Can I have a campfire or use a fire pit?
    • Unfortunately, due to the density of the ancient trees and oak trees around the park, campfires and fire pits are not permitted​.
  • Are there any vehicle restrictions?
    • Yes. Only one vehicle is allowed per site, and golf carts and ATVs are not permitted to be driven around the park. Please contact the office if you need additional parking or boat storage​​.

Fishing, Boating, and Outdoor Activities

  • Is the park good for fishing?
    • Yes! Lake Okeechobee is famous for bass fishing, and the Rim Canal, right next to the park, is an excellent spot to catch largemouth bass, bluegill, and black crappie​.
  • Do you have a boat ramp and storage?
    • Yes, we have easy access to Lake Okeechobee via Rim canal, and we offer secure boat storage near the water for your convenience​​.
  • Are there any hiking or biking trails nearby?
    • The Lake Okeechobee Scenic Trail (LOST) is a 109-mile trail perfect for hiking or biking, and it offers breathtaking views of the lake and wildlife. The trail is accessible from the park​​.

Nearby Attractions and Activities

  • What attractions are nearby?
    • Popular local attractions include the Fort Drum Crystal Mine, Big O Flea Market, and Seminole Brighton Casino. We are also close to many restaurants and shops in Okeechobee.
  • Is there anything for nature lovers?
    • Yes! Besides the famous fishing, the park offers great wildlife observation opportunities, including birdwatching and spotting alligators.

Extended Stay Rules

  • Do you offer extended stay options?
    • Yes, we offer extended stays at special rates. Extended stay guests are required to keep their sites clean, and additional charges apply for extra occupants and electricity.

  • What is required for maintaining the RV site during an extended stay?
    • Sites must be kept clean with no outdoor storage bins or appliances. Sewer hoses must be elevated, and clotheslines are not permitted.

    • Yes, Lake Okeechobee is home to many events, including fishing tournaments and seasonal festivals.
